Step 1

Pour the 1.5 litres of water into a pot along with the chicken stock cubes and bring to a boil. Add in the garlic, ginger and lemon juice. Place the chicken breasts in the pot. Boil for 5-8 minutes then reduce the heat to simmer for another 10-15 minutes while you make the sauce. Remove once done and slice.
